Early Childhood Education (ECE)
In my role as a Senior IT Project Manager for the State of Indiana, I contributed to critical initiatives that support Hoosier families, children, and essential state programs, particularly in the realm of early childhood education (ECE). I oversaw technical vendors to implement state-sponsored Child Care Management System (CCMS) subscriptions and simultaneously led the transition of our subsidy and payment systems from swiped attendance to a pay-by-enrollment model. Additionally, I collaborated closely with our Quality, Licensing, Subsidy, and Background Check teams to define system requirements that maximize value for our most important stakeholders, ensuring that our project management efforts align with the needs of child care providers.
