• Moved a state from swiped (clock in/clock out) child attendance for subsidy (CCDF) programs to Pay by Enrollment
• Decommissioned old systems
• Led the build of new provider and family portals for subsidy attendance and payments
• Converted to a new payment vendor
• Oversaw efforts to market the new methodology, facilitate trainings, and develop extensive email campaigns and a webpage with detailed FAQs
• Built business rules in the system to automate rules (excessive absence warnings, case terminations, etc.) 

• Led the build of an online application for free Child Care Management Systems (CCMS) subscriptions for two years through state/federal funding
• Processed nearly 1,800 provider subscriptions to CCMS
• Co-facilitated train the trainer sessions to get the technical assistance vendor up to speed on CCMS and coaching needs for providers
• Oversaw the contracting, billing, budgets, and day-to-day for three CCMS vendors
• Managed and coordinated the build of the API (data bridge) between the three CCMS vendors and the new state attendance portals 
• Partnered with a vendor to develop extensive marketing plans, webinars, instructional bite size videos, training, and FAQs
